Shipping

Shipping and handling are free of charge to all countries in the world when you shop for more than $60. Otherwise we charge you $8 for worldwide shipping. We provide this service as we have a genuine desire to make the Internet an easier and better place to do business. The price you see on the check out page inputting your personal information is the final price. To keep the shipping cost down we will send the products as ordinary Parcel Post.

Cancellation and Refund

You can return all dental products still in its/their sealed package. You cannot return used products, so make sure that you do not open the product package if you want to return it. All products returned in an sealed package will be fully refunded or a new product will be sent to you. All you have to do is to send the product(s) back to us, no later than 21 calendar days after you received it. If products are returned because we made an error, we will of course happily return your shipping costs.

Please also remember to state your name, address and e-mail and please provide us with the following information:

"1 - New product:" (A new product will be shipped to you)
"2 - Refund:" (We will refund your payment)

When we have received your package, we will refund the money to your credit card account or send you a new product within a week. You will be notified via email, when we have received your package.

Order flow

1) We receive your order in our system and you receive an email
2) The item(s) are being reserved for you
3) The item(s) are being packed and shipped on the very same day as you place your order (If placed on a business day).
4) You receive a confirmation email
5) We charge the amount on your account.
6) You receive the package.

We try to ship all items on the same day as we receive the order. If you place an order at the end of the day it will be packed and shipped on the very next business day.

All your information will be treated with extreme caution and discretion. That is also why your information will never be handed over or shared with a third party.
